THE OPPORTUNITY

The Infrastructure Security & Compliance Lead ensures enterprise infrastructure environments are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational risk standards. The role oversees infrastructure security controls, vulnerability and configuration management, and regulatory compliance, while driving cross‑functional execution of remediation efforts and security initiatives. The role provides functional oversight and guidance to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and alignment with security and compliance objectives. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Infrastructure Security & Risk Oversight

  • Oversee security controls across servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.
  • Identify, assess, and track infrastructure security risks and control gaps.
  • Align infrastructure security practices with enterprise risk management objectives.

Vulnerability & Configuration Management

  • Govern vulnerability and configuration management practices across infrastructure systems.
  • Ensure effective coordination of scanning, patching, and remediation processes.
  • Validate risk‑based prioritization and track effectiveness of remediation efforts.

Security Governance, Compliance & Remediation Delivery

  • Coordinate audits, assessments, control validations, and compliance initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for remediation of vulnerabilities, audit findings, and compliance gaps.
  • Plan and manage remediation and security initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk.
  • Coordinate triage, validation, and resolution efforts across infrastructure and engineering teams.

Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement

  • Provide functional guidance, quality oversight, and workload prioritization across security and compliance activities.
  • Act as a central liaison between cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk, audit, and business teams.
  • Communicate risks, priorities, and progress to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Enhance processes for tracking, reporting, vulnerability management, and remediation.
  • Promote a culture of security, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT risk/compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (networks, servers, cloud platforms).
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools and remediation processes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive execution.

SALARY RANGE

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
