We are looking for an
Analyst, Lease & Contracts Management
to support fuel station network expansion across KSA by identifying strategic sites, managing lease agreements, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess strategic land plots for fuel station development in compliance with MoMRAH zoning and technical standards.

Build and manage a pipeline of sites, landlords, brokers, and investors with strong commercial viability.

Lead lease negotiations and manage end‑to‑end deal execution, including contract closure and Ejar registration.

Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, HSE, and Maintenance teams to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met.

Liaise with government authorities (MoMRAH, Civil Defense, REGA/Ejar, ZATCA) to secure permits and approvals.

Ensure compliance with Saudi real estate, tax regulations (VAT & RETT), ADNOC policies, and audit requirements.

Support budgeting, financial tracking, and cost‑control activities related to site acquisition and lease management.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration.

Minimum 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the fuel real estate or fuel retail sector.

Experience with Ejar lease registration and municipal permitting in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate and tax regulations, including ZATCA VAT and RETT.
