The Team

As an Analyst, Middle East People Operations, you will join a global team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

You will be a key member of the People Operations team for EMEA where you will contribute on day-to-day operations and provide key administrative support for all admin questions and needs (visa applications, letters, onboarding) for the Middle East Region. This role requires you to work closely with the Middle East People Operations team, People Business Partner and the wider Operations team in the Middle East.

How you will contribute

  • Processing of employee work and business visa applications, renewals, and cancellation for all employees in a timely manner
  • Completing transactions in HR system, including transfers, hires, data changes, and terminations
  • Maintenance of the operation of our medical insurance schemes including onboarding, offboarding and renewal processes
  • Preparing administrative letters such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc. for employees
  • Communication: Dealing with queries from employees and line managers in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Supporting the employee onboarding/induction & offboarding processes
  • Booking transport and accommodation for new joiners
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system
  • Maintaining employee records including leaves and training records
  • Updating internal IT systems
  • Running HR reports

Qualifications

We are looking for people who have:

  • Sensitivity to/discretion in handling confidential information;
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone;
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, service orientated and proactive mindset;
  • Absolute attention to detail & strong organisational skills, including a sense of accuracy;
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral is essential, Arabic language skills are desirable;
  • Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university is preferred but not essential;
  • Experience in dealing with the UAE visa application process is preferred but not essential; and
  • Relevant work experience in a professional services environment.
  • Workday experience preferred but not required
