Analyst (Mystery Audit)

Manage end-to-end project execution for Mystery Shopping assignments.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
Handle data entry, organization, and management for all ongoing projects.
Provide support for on-site operations and audits as required.
Prepare structured reports and maintain accurate records of field activities.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout project execution.
Follow up with vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Basic Skills & Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters, formatting, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Prior Experience in Mystery Shopping will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
