Analyst – Query Management - Spanish Language

Why we're hiring:

An Analyst – Query Management (Spanish Language) handles customer or supplier queries in Spanish, ensuring timely resolution, data accuracy, and compliance with internal processes. This role blends language proficiency with analytical and operational skills.

What you'll be doing:

• Respond to Spanish-language queries from internal teams, suppliers, or customers.
• Investigate issues related to procurement, finance, or data discrepancies.
• Ensure prompt and accurate resolution in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate with strategic sourcing, finance, and support teams for end-to-end query handling.
• Investigating and taking correct action on escalations from vendor for unpaid invoices.
• Working with vendors & stakeholders to ensure all vendor ledgers are accurate & complete
• Managing month end closing.
• Root cause analysis to identify the type of differences in the transaction.
• Investigating supplier queries and providing solutions.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in handling Spanish-language queries.
• Minimum Graduate.
• Should be an experienced problem solver with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible attitude to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS office skills.
• Multi-tasking
• Open to work in shifts
