KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Service Delivery:
1) Managing a tele-calling team of 10-12 resources and vendors
2) Driving audience acquisition for conferences, administering surveys, participants of training programmes, and generating nominations for corporate awards
3) Maintaining and owning the database of all registrations and attendees
4) Identifying new ways and sources of building data for subsequent calling II.

Operations/Co-ordination:
1) Working closely with Projects and Sales teams to conduct feasibility assessment of projects
2) Conducting training, Knowledge sharing sessions, etc.
3) Proactive participation in on-going process improvements, sharing of best practices, etc.
4) Ensuring adherence to processes and plans at all times and error-free timely delivery of projects.
5) Vendor Management (Process, Billing, Caller productivity and other marketing related activities)

III. People Management:
1) Leading a team of 10-12 resources and managing external vendors
2) Mentoring team members through regular counseling, coaching and appraising desired job results
3) Maintaining an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team.
4) Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflict

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
  • Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive and creative nature
  • Process management and automation
  • Primary External Interactions: Clients and Vendors
  • Primary Internal Interactions: Internal team (Sales and Ops), Support Function
