Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Analyst Relations/Sourcing Advisory Relations
person to strengthen Tredence’s presence and positioning in the analyst and advisory ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing analyst relations, building and nurturing long-term relationships with industry analysts, advisors and creating high-impact content and assets to influence market perception.
Key Responsibilities

Analyst Relations
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key analysts across leading firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, ISG, etc.).

Proactively engage analysts to communicate Tredence’s value proposition, differentiation, and success stories.

Facilitate analyst inquiries, briefings, and strategy sessions with Tredence leaders.

Advisory Relations

Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key/niche advisory and consulting firms.

Conduct enablement sessions, workshops, and solution deep-dives with advisory partners to increase awareness and alignment on Tredence’s capabilities.

Collaborate with advisory firms on joint proposals, client pursuits, and co-innovation opportunities to expand market reach.

Represent Tredence in advisor-hosted forums, roundtables, and networking events to deepen strategic connections.

Track advisory firm interactions, pipeline influence, and business outcomes, sharing updates with leadership regularly.

Research & RFI Management

Lead and coordinate responses for analyst RFIs, surveys, and evaluations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong positioning.

Track deadlines and submissions across multiple analyst reports and quadrants.

Content & Collateral Creation

Develop compelling briefing decks, analyst-facing content, and positioning material in alignment with company strategy.

Partner with marketing to create thought leadership content and campaign assets that resonate with analyst perspectives.

Campaign & Program Support

Design and execute analyst engagement campaigns and influence programs.

Monitor coverage, analyst mentions, and market perception to provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with business, marketing, and leadership teams to align analyst relations with GTM priorities.

Educate internal stakeholders in analyst expectations and engagement best practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in Analyst Relations/Advisory Relations within the technology or consulting industry.

Strong understanding of the analyst and advisory ecosystem and research methodologies.

Hands-on experience with
RFI/RFP responses
and managing complex submissions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical offerings into impactful narratives.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Established network of analyst and advisory firm relationships (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, ISG, etc.).

Experience in developing
briefing decks, positioning documents, and campaign content
.
