Position

This role is responsible for ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all Dior Americas boutiques. The Analyst will drive efficiency and standardization in operations by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting audit readiness, and reinforcing policy adherence. They will also partner cross-functionally to support the implementation and optimization of new retail systems and tools, ensuring seamless adoption, performance tracking, and continuous enhancement of operational processes.

Job responsibilities

Compliance, Standards & Operational Excellence

  • Support the monitoring of boutique adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational controls to ensure alignment with Dior’s standards of excellence.
  • Analyze audit results and compliance metrics to identify patterns, areas of opportunity, and potential risks.
  • Analyze and summarize boutique performance data to provide leadership with actionable insights, supporting audit preparation, post-audit follow-up, and the development of informed action plans.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance process efficiency, operational consistency, and overall boutique performance.

Process Development & Governance

  • Assist in the creation, review, and continuous improvement of SOPs for retail operations.
  • Support the documentation and organization of process updates resulting from new tools, business initiatives, or policy changes.
  • Maintain the SOP library and assist with version control, communication, and rollout across the retail network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence and alignment of operational practices across all boutiques.

Systems Implementation & Reporting

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of new retail systems, tools, and enhancements, including those related to new store openings and operational upgrades.
  • Support in testing, executing and monitoring test cases, tracking issues, and providing structured feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and ongoing performance of retail systems and applications.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) tools to monitor system effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations; management and implementation of operational excellence programs preferred.
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong ability to collect, process, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to create clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Adaptable team player with a talent for prioritizing effectively and proficient in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, proficient in active listening, and adept at conveying messages to diverse audiences across various hierarchical levels.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Capable of maintaining transparency while exercising discretion with sensitive information.

Additional information

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $80k - $90k annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
