The Global Centre OFS team's purpose is to work on orders/activities raised by the OMS teams in Global Centre and the regional centres for fulfillment.
The OFS Team also performs key compliance functions for the order fulfilment, maintains product administration and constantly strives to improve the way that we run the external and internal order process to help improve our service to customers, to consistently enhance customer experience through improving timeliness in service delivery by meeting the guaranteed average turnaround time, based on agreed product/process guidelines.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolve queries and issues. Display proficiency and knowledge to handle sophisticated requests and build better understanding of business, upstream and downstream processes.
Handle the order process for select products this includes entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfilment systems and working with internal customers to ensure the order is fulfilled according to agreed turnaround times and with accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle Global Account Verification (GAV) requests as a point of contact and providing updates to the team on any changes and new requirements from an entitlements' perspective.
  • Consistently meet average productivity targets on transactions daily to handle simple and complex requests, products, systems and accounts with advanced knowledge of process and systems
  • Display strong process and system knowledge to independently resolve difficult requests and urgent requests
  • Analyze data and reports related to transactions
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Bring up all delays to internal groups including to the senior members of the team as appropriate.
  • Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.
  • Handle internal customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring.
  • Be a teammate and ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met.
  • Responsible for online Maintenance, Lapsing of subscriptions and access related issues.
  • Monitor the group email account to ensure that requests are actioned and completed according to agreed turnaround times.
  • Meet agreed volume, service and quality targets.

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly customer-centric, with a passion for high quality output and for delighting the customer.
