Analyst, Shopfloor Systems

Job Introduction:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Shopfloor System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting the implementation of shopfloor tools, ensuring their usability, functionality, and performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external customers/partners.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of work packages, including analysis and requirements engineering to support Shopfloor Tool initiatives

  • Collaborate with agile product development teams, providing documentation and validating technical feasibility during refinement meetings

  • Continuously improve usability, functionality, processes, and performance of IT products such as CMS, MES, and other shopfloor tools

  • Assist in project management for shopfloor tool implementations

  • Serve as the interface between production (key user/process owner), automation technology, IT, and other internal/external partners

  • Participate in integration and functional tests and provide support during training activities with functional key users

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experiences with different IT systems such as MES and SAP

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including possibly PowerBI

  • Open for global teamwork and different cultures

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English


Knowledge and Education:

  • Graduation in Information technology with a focus on shopfloor systems is preferred

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and networks

Work Experience:

Above 4 years of relevant professional experience.
