Analyst/Process Associate

The Process Associate will support business operations by executing, monitoring, and improving day-to-day processes. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in workflows while collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned business processes and tasks accurately and within timelines.
  • Collect, validate, and process data in line with company standards.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth process execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in process management, operations, or business support (freshers may apply if trained).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
