How you will contribute

You will:

  • Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
  • Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
  • Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

  • Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders
  • Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
  • Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus

More about this role

You will support the Strategy & Insights team by:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, RGM) to support strategic planning.
  • Support in rolling out all Analytics related tasks like MMM, Category Forecast, Plan and roll out new digital initiatives
  • Validation for data sanity and challenging suppliers on models robustness
  • Manage different data sources smartly to ensure KPIs input is solidly tracked; such as Media plans, Media spends, CPP, etc.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in data and analytics is a must
  • Business graduate with proficiency in tech tools
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to details.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to simplify data into actionable insights.
  • Strong Stakeholders management for media partners, Analytics partners, global communication
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple teams.
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior and market trends, particularly in the FMCG/CPG industry
  • Willing to manage KPIs; ROI, effectiveness.
  • Sufficiency to build and maneuver business and media plans to deliver on different KPIs
