Role overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and strategic partnerships. Your expertise in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and market research will contribute to the success of our client's transactions and help drive informed investment decisions

Job Requirements:

Qualification: BBA/BS/MBA (Finance/Accounting/Economics) and CFA

Experience: professional experience in corporate finance, equity research, transaction, or investment advisory.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including financial modeling, valuation methods (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.), and due diligence processes.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and financial databases.
