Analytical Lab Technician

Job Description: Seeking an analytical chemist to do wet titrations on plating solutions. Ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wet lab techniques.

Responsibilities:

· Titrate baths to determine chemical concentration

· Conduct routine chemical analysis and testing

· Prepare and replenish chemical solutions

· Calibrate and maintain analytical equipment

· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

· Document chemical usage and waste disposal

· Maintain chemical storage and handling procedures

Requirements:

· Titrations

· pH meter

· Atomic absorption

· UV Visual Spectrophotometer

· XRF measurement

· Hull Cells

Looking for someone who can do analysis, titrations, and other related lab functions.

o Working closely with all associates to assure quality expectations are met.

o The ability to master all equipment, analysis, and work with suppliers to keep chemistries within operating parameters is a must.

o A chemical degree or equivalent work experience is a must.

o Computer knowledge is required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in PCB manufacturing environment (Preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, instructions and safety rules.
• Must be able to work with hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals.
• Follows company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Able to identify issues and communicate them with others
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work overtime & be flexible with work schedule when required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
