About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Consultant.
The Analytics Consultant within the CRM/CSM & Workflow Reporting team will be directly responsible to develop, build and support dashboards for CRM/CSM activities supporting the Branch Systems and Transformation organization. This role will provide dashboard/reporting needs for Wells Fargo consumer, small business banking and consumer service management product organizations including systems such as Salesforce, Customer relationship view (CRV), Customer Service Management (CSM) and Branch Profile, etc. The types of reporting will include covering topics such as referrals, leads, opportunities, coaching, and branch transactions. All such activities will be performed by bankers, tellers, and managers, and this role will provide the management support tools required through reporting and dashboards. To accomplish this, the incumbent will partner directly with each LOB contact to ensure the reporting meets the needs of their routines and provides the insights necessary for the LOB to make informed business decisions.
In this role, you will:-
Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research

Use functional knowledge to assist in non-model quantitative tools that support strategic decision making

Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document process

Present recommendations to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance
-
Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency
-
Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of database structures, analytics software, storage, and processing

Develop customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance to less experienced staff

Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
-
Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals

Collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups
Required Qualifications:-
2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications-
Teradata, Oracle, Google Cloud platform (GCP) and Microsoft SQL Server data environments

Building Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep flows

Proven query development ability using complex data sets from multiple data sources

Experience with reporting/analytics using customer relationship management and customer service management data

Experience working within a team environment collaborating with partners to output detailed reporting/analytics

Strong communicator and motivator, with effective listening and presentation skills, to build relationships with business partners

Working knowledge of change management programs

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution

Knowledge and understanding of financial services

Results-oriented with sense of urgency and ability to mobilize resources to accomplish business results

Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven, and performance-oriented with a strong work ethic

Financial industry experience strongly preferred
