As an Analytics Manager, you'll play a key role in this journey. You'll contribute directly to building our modern data infrastructure, implementing best-in-class analytics practices, and delivering insights that are accurate, timely, and impactful. You won't just create reports—you'll collaborate, analyze, and help lead us toward becoming a truly data-driven organization.
What You'll Do

Lead the design and development of comprehensive Power BI solutions including complex data models, interactive dashboards, and automated reporting systems

Build compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI that drive business decision-making across Resident, Board, Front Office, and Back Office operations

Architect Power BI workspaces and governance frameworks to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable analytics solutions

Collaborate across product, operations, and executive teams to identify key business questions and translate them into powerful visualizations and self-service analytics

Help drive the transformation of our legacy reporting systems into modern Power BI-centered analytics infrastructure

Champion data governance and quality practices, ensuring our analytics are built on trustworthy, well-documented data foundations sourced from Snowflake

Define and track business metrics that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through comprehensive Power BI scorecards and KPI tracking

Mentor junior analysts on Power BI best practices and support a culture of continuous learning and data literacy across the organization

Lead cross-functional analytics projects from requirements gathering through Power BI delivery and ongoing optimization

What You Bring
-
5+ years of professional experience building enterprise analytics solutions with strong emphasis on Power BI development and data modeling
-
Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report design, and Power BI Service administration
-
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses) and familiarity with dbt for data transformation workflows
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive Power BI solutions

Experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT processes in cloud environments
-
Proven success working in Agile, product-focused teams with cross-functional stakeholders
-
Experience modernizing legacy reporting systems and migrating to Power BI-based analytics platforms
-
Leadership capabilities with ability to mentor team members and influence strategic decision-making

Strong communication skills with experience presenting Power BI insights to executive-level stakeholders

Power BI certifications (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar)

Advanced Power BI features including paginated reports, Power BI Premium capabilities, and embedded analytics

Python or R integration within Power BI for advanced analytics capabilities

Pay and Benefits:
$150,000 to $180,000, depending on education and experience.
