Analytics Product Owner - Onsite: Columbus or NYC

Summary:

The Analytics Product Owner is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end strategy for analytics products that drive business value across segments. This role bridges strategic priorities and technical execution, ensuring that analytics solutions meet evolving business needs and deliver measurable impact.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This role reports into the Head of Digital Strategy, and connects the Wealth Management product line with Data & Analytics partners to ensure priorities are translated into clear, actionable roadmaps, models, and data products that drive measurable outcomes that support business needs.

  • Analytics Solutions: Lead the design and delivery of classification, prediction and segmentation models to understand customer behavior and lifecycle dynamics to inform acquisition targeting, retention strategies, cross-sell optimization, cost saving and revenue growth initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Business Segment Product Managers, Business Analytics, Enterprise Analytics, and the Chief Data and Architecture Office for analytics projects and value streams. Translate business needs into actionable user stories and ensure clarity of requirements throughout the analytics development lifecycle.

  • Support Book-of-Work Management: Maintain visibility of value stream needs, long term strategy, and financial opportunities to allow for prioritization of resources between value streams.

  • Product Strategy Connection: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy for analytics solutions related to the value stream including software tools, data infrastructure changes, application development, machine learning models, and artificial intelligence tools, prioritizing features based on business value and feasibility. Collaborate with strategy teams and Segment stakeholders to align on vision and roadmap.

  • Analytics Requirements Management: Continuously gather and refine analytics requirements within the value stream to ensure analytics products are aligned with business goals.

  • Deployment & Performance Monitoring: Support the deployment of analytics products, implement change management processes, and establish mechanisms to track the performance of the analytics products. Partner with Enterprise Analytics and Business Analytics teams to ensure on-going monitoring and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7 years of Online/Mobile Product Management or Digital project delivery experience in Consumer or Business and Commercial Banking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Proven experience in product ownership, value stream management, data analytics / business intelligence, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of analytics tools, data platforms, and business strategy.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

  • Experience with the application of program execution metrics as well as project management approaches and tools

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

Compensation Range:

Total Base Pay Range 93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
