About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Android Application Developer with strong experience in building scalable mobile applications and integrating them with ERP systems, field sales operations, eCommerce platforms, and 3PL logistics providers via APIs.

This role also involves developing internal business applications to automate operations across sales, merchandising, and inter-department workflows.

Key Responsibilities Mobile Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications
• Build applications for:
• Internal Sales Management (field sales, order booking, reporting)
• Merchandising Operations (store visits, stock visibility, audits)
• Inter-department workflows (approvals, task automation, internal processes)

ERP & System Integration

• Integrate mobile applications with ERP systems (inventory, finance, order management)
• Ensure real-time data synchronization across systems
• Automate internal processes by connecting different departments through applications

API & External Integration

• Develop and manage API integrations with:
• eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• 3PL / logistics providers
• Ensure seamless flow of orders, inventory, and tracking data

System Optimization

• Improve workflow efficiency through automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues
• Maintain scalability, security, and performance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Android development (Kotlin / Java)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
• Proven experience integrating:
• ERP systems
• eCommerce platforms
• 3PL / logistics APIs
• Experience building business/internal applications (sales, operations, workflow apps)
• Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience in distribution, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of OMS / ERP systems integration
• Experience with real-time sync, automation tools, and workflow systems
• Familiarity with multi-channel commerce environments
