Android Developer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Native Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Java/Kotlin, a solid grasp of Android UI/UX principles, and the ability to deliver smooth, performant, and scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure apps comply with Google Play Store guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest Android frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Desired Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, UI components, layouts, and Material Design.
• Experience with local data storage (Room DB, SQLite, Realm).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API integration.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of app deployment process on Google Play Store.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and performance optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Android Development: 2 years (Preferred)
