Flutter Developer - Remote

We are looking for a Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of proven experience to join our team. The role will start part-time (during a 3-month probation period) and transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for iOS, Android and Web.
• Integrate with backend APIs (Django, Firebase).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs accurately.
• Work in an agile environment with task tracking and regular updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional Flutter experience.
• At least 4 published apps on Play Store / App Store.
• Strong understanding of state management, REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and local databases.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, finance, or healthcare apps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team.
