Senor Flutter Developer

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that deliver outstanding user experiences.

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework, ensuring excellent performance, functionality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot, and debug issues across devices and platforms.
• Implement new features and maintain existing codebase with clean, scalable, and reusable code.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
• Ensure app security, data protection, and proper state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers when needed.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure app stability and reliability.
• Stay up to date with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Solid experience with State Management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX).
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Push Notifications, Cloud Firestore, Analytics).
• Experience integrating APIs, JSON, and third-party SDKs.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to translate designs into functional apps.
• Familiarity with Git version control and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• (Plus) Knowledge of native iOS/Android development basics.
• (Plus) Previous experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
