Android Developer

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and/or Java.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Work with outside data sources and APIs.

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience in Android development with at least 5 Years of hands-on experience.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.

Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud message APIs.

Familiarity with Android development tools such as Android Studio, Gradle, and Git.

Understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM).

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
