Android Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

• Implement Material Design principles and leverage Android Architecture Components.

• Integrate databases (e.g., SQLite) and third-party APIs to enhance functionality.

• Ensure compliance with WCAG and AODA accessibility standards, including screen reader support (TalkBack), scalable text, color contrast, and touch target guidelines.

• Collaborate with designers and developers in an Agile team environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in Kotlin and Java, with strong understanding of Android SDK.

• Experience with SQLite, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso) and Git for version control.
