Android Mobile App Developer (React Native / React.js) – In Person

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Android / React Native mobile app developer based in Cape Coral, Florida to help transfer and adapt our existing iOS app code for Android. Our iOS version is already built, and we now need an in-person developer who can handle the Android side and collaborate closely with our local team.

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand existing iOS app code and structure.
• Rebuild and implement Android functionality using React Native.
• Ensure full feature parity, smooth UI, and performance optimization.
• Work in person with our project coordinator and local iOS developer.
• Test, debug, and prepare the app for Google Play submission.

Qualifications (Required):

• Strong experience with React Native and React.js.
• Proven background in Android mobile app development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate on-site.
• Must be local to the Cape Coral / Fort Myers area.

Nice to Have:

• Experience publishing to the Google Play Store.
• Prior experience porting apps from iOS to Android.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
