Android- Technology lead / Developer

Developer - As an Android Application Developer, you will be responsible to support, maintain, and troubleshoot backend systems in production. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, resolving incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve service stability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design and develop software applications using Java Enterprise Edition.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

- A BE or BTech degree is required.

- Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill

- 2 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.

- Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
