$265-365 per hour as needed on select weekend and or weekdays for select large cases totaling about 5-10 times per year and always open to developing wonderful working relationships as the future progresses.

Deep Sedation for large cases: Surgery in the maxillae and mandible in a wonderful private practice that is well equipped and comfortable.
