Essential Duties:

Evaluate patient health, develop an anesthesia plan

Administer and adjust anesthetics

Monitor vital signs and patient functions
-
Manage post-operative pain while monitoring the patient during the recovery process
-
Determine patient stability for discharge or transfer purposes
Education and Experience:
-
BA in a science-related field, such as biology, chemistry, or pre-med
-
4 years of medical school leading to an MD or DO
-
Clinical rotations in various medical specialties, including surgery, anesthesiology, and internal medicine
-
4 year Residency program in Anesthesiology
-
American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) Certification
-
Licensed in the State of Maine
