Job Description:

BestDrive is seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D & Animation Designer with 1–5 years of experience to produce engaging 3D visuals and animations for our adventure events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. The role focuses on creating high-quality 3D models, animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement. The designer will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and video teams to deliver visually compelling content aligned with BestDrive’s brand identity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The 3D & Animation Designer will be responsible for creating 3D models, environments, and animation assets, as well as developing motion graphics, intros, outros, and visual effects. The role includes texturing, lighting, rendering, and animating 3D elements while maintaining high visual quality. The designer will work with video editors to integrate 3D content into live-action footage, follow creative briefs, meet project deadlines, and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar tools, along with knowledge of After Effects for animation and compositing. A solid understanding of animation principles, lighting, rendering, and visual effects is required. Experience in event, sports, motorsport, or promotional content is an advantage. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong portfolio or showreel are essential.
