Animation Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Animation Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engaging product marketing videos. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Design and Marketing teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality videos that bring our brand to life. The ideal candidate is skilled in 2D/3D animation, video editing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent brand identity across all video outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product marketing videos.
• Work collaboratively with Design and Marketing teams to create storyboards and style frames.
• Maintain brand consistency in partnership with internal teams and external graphic agencies.
• Produce visually compelling videos using 2D/3D animation, illustrations, photography, and mixed media.
• Animate and elevate concepts through advanced motion design techniques.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices; propose new ideas to enhance video and motion design output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Videography, Animation, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design and video production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across various video and design mediums.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to draft storyboards and clearly communicate concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital video creation and editing techniques.
• Solid knowledge of visual storytelling principles.
• Understanding of videography concepts and technical foundations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
