Edit and produce engaging video / animation content for digital and social media platforms including META, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Animate static designs, illustrations, and campaign visuals to deliver compelling motion graphics aligned with brand and platform guidelines.
Should have know-how to use motion effects, transitions, kinetic text, sound design, and audio effects to elevate storytelling and viewer engagement.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, account managers, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and ensure content meets client expectations.
Conceptualize creative ideas, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and transform key messages into visually appealing animated or edited content.
Optimize animations and ideally videos as well for different formats, aspect ratios, and specifications across social and digital platforms.
Independently research and source clips/footage as required, producing multiple iterations until the final output meets creative standards.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output.
Stay up-to-date with animation trends, social media storytelling techniques, platform-specific best practices, and emerging digital tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience as a video editor in a digital-first advertising agency.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or relevant AI / Animation Tools.
Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, color grading, and audio editing.
Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and short-form storytelling.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills tailored for digital audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating social/digital video work.
