Job Summary:
The Animator & Motion Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually engaging animations, motion graphics, and video content for advertising campaigns across digital, TV, and social media platforms. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and technical expertise to bring concepts to life through motion.
Key Responsibilities:
Animation & Motion Graphics Development

Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for advertisements, social media, presentations, and branding.

Develop 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and infographics that align with campaign goals.

Work on video editing, compositing, and post-production effects to enhance storytelling.
Concept Development & Collaboration

Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through animation.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate visual styles and animation techniques.

Interpret creative briefs and client requirements to produce high-impact visuals.
Technical Execution & Quality Control

Ensure smooth animation and seamless transitions while maintaining brand consistency.

Optimize animations for different platforms (social media, web, TV, mobile).

Manage file formats, rendering, and post-production workflows efficiently.

Stay updated on the latest animation trends, tools, and software advancements.
Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D software).

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Experience in 3D animation, VFX, and character animation is a plus.
