About the Role

Corevato Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team in Lahore. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, training content, and personal branding projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital trends, especially short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), and can transform ideas into visually compelling motion assets for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities Animation & Motion Graphics

• Create high-quality 2D (and basic 3D where applicable) animations and motion graphics.
• Design social media reels, short-form videos, explainer animations, ads, and brand videos.
• Animate kinetic typography, transitions, logos, and UI-style motion.
• Convert scripts, briefs, or storyboards into engaging visual motion content.

Social Media & Personal Branding

• Design motion content specifically optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
• Create animations for personal branding (coaches, founders, agencies, creators).
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and content styles.

Design Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, marketers, and project managers.
• Ensure animations follow brand guidelines, tone, and campaign goals.
• Adapt motion assets for multiple platforms and screen sizes.

Tools & Workflow

• Work with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Manage project files, assets, versions, and exports in an organized manner.
• Maintain reusable animation presets and templates when needed.

Feedback & Delivery

• Incorporate internal and client feedback efficiently.
• Export final deliverables in optimized formats (MP4, MOV, GIF, Web).
• Ensure smooth playback, correct aspect ratios, and platform-ready quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Communication

• Bachelor’s degree (Media, Design, Animation, or related field preferred).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English confidently (for international clients).

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in animation or motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience creating social media reels, ads, and digital content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos.

Technical Skills

• Strong command of Adobe After Effects.
• Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and social media specifications.

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of sound design or audio syncing.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Understanding of video marketing KPIs (engagement, CTR, watch time).
• Ability to contribute creative ideas for branding and campaigns.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Reviewing briefs and content requirements from project or marketing teams.
• Creating animations and motion graphics for reels, ads, and brand videos.
• Coordinating with designers and editors to finalize content.
• Revising animations based on feedback.
• Exporting optimized content for social media and campaigns.
