Job Description:-

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with campaign goals.

· Ensure all recording & studio equipment is in good working order and keep track of new purchases and other expenses related to the equipment.

· Research, plan, and create scripts for videos that support our client’s interests and enhance their brand presence.

· Coordinate video recording schedule and plan with staff, subject matter experts, and clients.

· Record high-quality video content for various projects.

· Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.

· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

· Handle live streaming for events.

· Ensure efficient archiving, regular backups & secure storage of all digital assets.

· To understand completely & conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

· To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire.

· To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

· Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times.

· To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, HOR and all other departments.

· To provide courteous, professional, attentive, and efficient service at all times towards internal & external customers

· Be willing and open to transfer across our formats as per work exigencies

· Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Manual dexterity, physical mobility, some physical strength, and stamina.

· Creativity and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under deadline pressure.

· Organization to manage their time efficiently.

· Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story.

· Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.

· Must know computerized tape editing software & equipment.

Can work in a variety of digital venues with software to edit.

EXPERIENCE:

· Degree or diploma in any subject.

· A certificate course in videography or cinematography.

· Familiarity with different digital cameras, laptop.

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of different motion picture techniques.

· Ability to work in team & excellent analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
