Customer Service

Financial

Maximize productivity through effective time management and multi-tasking.

Assist in managing resources efficiently to meet the financial goals of the park.

Embrace new technology and methods to enhance guest experiences and improve productivity.
Operational

Perform in character roles, bringing the park's stories and themes to life through engaging performances.

Conduct meet and greet sessions with guests, providing memorable interactions and photo opportunities.

Be flexible and adapt to different roles and tasks within the entertainment department.

Maintain costumes and props, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good condition.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of entertainment areas and events.

Ensure all performances and interactions are safe and adhere to park guidelines.
Personnel

Work closely with other entertainment and guest service staff to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable guest experience.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance performance skills.

Adhere to the park's grooming and appearance standards, ensuring a professional and approachable image.
Other Duties

Follow all park policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.

Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct costume and nametag at all times.

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.

Support the implementation of the park's values and culture.

Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Team Leader Guest Services or Department Management.
Occasional Duties

Assist in carrying out inventory of costumes and props.

Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Previous experience in entertainment, animation, recreation, or customer service.
