Animator/Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Animator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through animation and a strong understanding of both 2D and 3D animation techniques. As an Animator, you will be responsible for bringing characters and scenes to life, contributing to various projects that require high-quality animation and motion graphics. You will work closely with other artists and team members to ensure that the final product meets the artistic vision and technical requirements.

Duties

• Create engaging character animations and motion graphics for various media formats.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, and ZBrush to develop high-quality animations.
• Collaborate with the art team to conceptualize and execute animation sequences that align with project goals.
• Implement scripting in C#, Python, or C++ to enhance animation workflows and automate processes.
• Participate in post-production tasks including video editing using Adobe Premiere and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, and anatomy knowledge to create visually appealing animations.
• Maintain organized files using version control systems like Perforce.
• Stay updated on industry trends in computer graphics and animation techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in character animation, 3D animation, 2D animation, or related fields.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Mudbox, Unity, Unreal Engine, and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques including digital art and illustration.
• Familiarity with photography principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
