We are looking for an Area Sales Representative for our global client operating in the manufacturing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To carry out sales and representation activities of the relevant brand in the assigned region
• To deepen relationships within the existing customer portfolio and acquire new customers through proactive field visits
• To accurately analyze customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions with a consultative approach
• To manage the entire sales cycle, from quotation preparation to contract, delivery, and collection processes
• To regularly and accurately manage all sales activities, regional market dynamics, competitor activities, and potential opportunities via the CRM system

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in industrial products, machinery, automation, or technical equipment
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
• Proven success in new customer acquisition (hunting) and existing customer management (farming)
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications
• Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Able to adapt to a dynamic field environment and a team player
• Preferably proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
• Holds a valid Class B driver’s license and actively drives
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required
• Residing in the Ankara region
