Hiring: ANM – Operation Theatre (OT)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ANM to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, alert, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care, sterility, and OT protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and OT staff during surgical procedures
• Prepare OT before surgeries (instruments, equipment, sterilization)
• Ensure proper aseptic techniques and infection control practices
• Prepare and shift patients safely to and from the OT
• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain OT records, surgical counts, and documentation
• Handle surgical instruments carefully and ensure proper sterilization
• Support in emergency procedures when required

Requirements:

• ANM qualification with valid registration
• OT experience preferred (Freshers with OT exposure can apply)
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Calm and attentive under pressure
