ANM Nurse

• Direct Patient Care: Provide basic nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals and community health centers. This includes monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Maternal and Child Health: Assist in childbirth, provide prenatal and postnatal care, and educate mothers on infant care and nutrition.
• Health Education: Conduct health education programs in the community, focusing on family planning, immunization, and hygiene practices.
• Community Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for health services in the community, promoting health awareness and encouraging individuals to seek medical care when needed.
• Supervision and Training: Supervise and train community health workers, such as ASHAs (Accredited Social Health Activists), to ensure effective health service delivery.
• Emergency Care: Provide first aid and manage minor injuries, and assist in emergency situations, including home deliveries in remote areas.
