ICU Documentation Nurse (File Maintenance Only)

We are looking for a Nurse specifically for ICU ,HDU, Routine Ward file maintenance and documentation work. This position does NOT involve bedside patient care or clinical ICU duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update ICU patient files and medical records
• Proper documentation of admission notes, treatment charts, and discharge files
• Coordinate with ICU doctors and nursing staff for file completion
• Handle consent forms, investigation reports, and treatment record
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all patient documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM (Registered Nurse)
• Basic knowledge of ICU terminology preferred
• Good handwriting and documentation skills
• Experience in hospital documentation will be an added advantage
