Urgently Required for ANM Nurses & Fresher ANM Nurses

• Patient care: Providing complete nursing care for assigned patients, including admission and discharge
• Medication management: Administering medications and taking other measures to alleviate symptoms
• Patient evaluation: Recognizing symptoms and diagnosing patients
• Record keeping: Maintaining patient records and clinical experience records
• Communication: Communicating with doctors and identifying and communicating patient problems to the healthcare team
• Teaching: Helping patients learn about their health and care, and teaching nursing care to students
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other professionals to optimize patient comfort and families understanding
