Are you a relationship-focused fundraising professional with a passion for food justice and community impact? Food Lifeline is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Annual Giving Manager to play a key role in achieving our mission to end hunger across Western Washington.

As the Annual Giving Manager, you will oversee multiple fundraising programs, including monthly giving, mid-level donors, direct mail, workplace giving, and special campaigns such as GiveBIG and Giving Tuesday. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, donors, and partners to create meaningful donor experiences and steward lasting relationships—all in support of Food Lifeline’s vital work to feed more people today and end hunger tomorrow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and grow Food Lifeline’s monthly giving program, cultivating long-term donor relationships.
  • Manage and execute direct mail fundraising strategies in collaboration with our Marketing and Communications team.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the Mid-Level Officer, ensuring a strong donor pipeline from mid- to major giving.
  • Coordinate and analyze day-of-giving campaigns and workplace giving programs.
  • Supervise development operations staff, ensuring best practices in gift entry, CRM management, and donor data integrity.
  • Partner across departments to deliver a meaningful and gratifying donor experience that reflects Food Lifeline’s mission and values.

Who You Are:

  • A collaborative leader with at least five years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor engagement.
  • Skilled in project management, donor communications, and data-driven fundraising strategies.
  • A detail-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about Food Lifeline’s mission to end hunger and committed to fostering positive, lasting donor relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Fundraising program management (monthly giving, direct mail, mid-level, workplace campaigns)
  • Donor stewardship and relationship building
  • CRM/database management and reporting
  • Strategic communication and collaboration
  • Supervisory and leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $87,000 – $91,000/year
  • Full benefits package, including:
    • Employer-paid medical coverage for employees and children

Position details:

  • Full-time, hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Seattle office
