Scope of Services

Provide general waste collection and disposal services using:

• 2.5 CBM bins - collection four times weekly.

Collection from designated garbage rooms with proper access. Supply trucks suitable for bin type and safe collection. Responsible for transporting waste to Dubai Municipality-approved landfill sites.

Manpower Obligations

• Assign Driver/Operator for each collection trip.
• Provide Labourers for loading/unloading and handling bins.
• Deploy aSupervisor to:
  • Ensure service compliance.
  • Verify cleanliness post-collection.
  • Manage onsite safety.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Dubai Municipality HSE guidelines.
• Master Community HSE requirements.

Workers must use PPE: uniforms, gloves, masks, safety shoes. Set up warning signage during waste collection (if blocking pathways). Clean and restore the waste collection area after each service. Vendor bears full responsibility for injuries to its employees during operations.

Reporting & Documentation

Submit Monthly Waste Collection Reports including:

• Collection frequency log.
• Waste disposal manifest stamped by the landfill.

Provide waste reduction action support to the Owners Association (when required by authorities). Immediate notification of any breaches of HSE regulations.

Compliance Obligations

• Vendor must be approved by the Master Community and Dubai Municipality.
• Hold valid licenses for waste transport and disposal.
• Issue valid manifests for every landfill trip, duly signed/stamped.

Insurance & Liability

• Maintain public liability insurance.
• Full liability for damages to property or persons during waste operations.
• Vendor responsible for its manpower's welfare, injuries, or claims.

Terms & Conditions

• Any failure in scheduled collection, spillage, or failure to submit reports may incur penalties as per the agreement.
• Emergency collections (outside regular schedule) available upon request at agreed rates.
