Job Type: Full-Time

  • Compensation: $45,000 – $75,000

Who We Are:

1P1E3 is a fast-growing Insurance Marketing Organization supporting independent advisors nationwide in the annuity and retirement planning space. We generate high volumes of business through direct mail and digital marketing across multiple brands.

The Role:

We are hiring a high-level problem solver to manage annuity new business from:

  • Application → Issue → Paid → Policy Service

This is NOT a “forward emails and wait” role.

You will work directly with 50–100+ active agents daily and be responsible for ensuring cases move forward quickly, cleanly, and correctly.

What You’ll Own:

New Business Processing (IGO / NIGO Management):

  • Review all incoming annuity applications for completeness
  • Identify and resolve NIGO issues immediately
  • Work directly with agents, carriers, and clients to fix problems fast
  • Drive cases from submission → issue → paid

Pending & In-Force Case Management:

  • Manage pipeline of pending business daily
  • Follow up proactively with carriers (not passively)
  • Ensure funds are received and policies are placed
  • Support policy service needs post-issue

Agent Support (High Volume):

  • Work with up to 100+ advisors
  • Provide clear direction on what is needed to move cases forward
  • Solve problems — not just report them
  • Keep agents informed without slowing momentum

Daily Execution & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate CRM/case notes
  • Provide daily status updates on key cases
  • Follow structured daily workflow and priorities

What Success Looks Like:

  • Cases move fast with minimal delays
  • NIGO issues are solved quickly (not sitting idle)
  • Agents trust you because things get DONE
  • High placement ratio (submitted → issued → paid)
  • Minimal back-and-forth due to errors

What We’re Looking For:

Required Traits:

  • Problem Solver / Solution-Oriented Mindset
  • High urgency and responsiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once without dropping details
  • Strong communication skills (clear, direct, effective)
  • Self-starter — no micromanagement needed

Experience:

2+ years in:

  • Insurance new business or Annuity/life operations or Case management / underwriting support

Understanding of:

  • IGO / NIGO processes
  • Carrier workflows
  • CRM systems

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with annuities (FIA, MYGA, etc.)
  • Experience in an IMO environment
  • Experience supporting independent agents

What This Job Is NOT:

  • Not a call center
  • Not a “check the box” admin role
  • Not a slow-paced environment

This is a high-performance operations role tied directly to revenue.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Base Salary: $45K – $75K (based on experience)
  • Variable Incentive Compensation based upon:
  • Case throughput
  • Placement ratio
  • Error reduction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
