Anodizing & Electroplating Technician

Key Responsibilities

Execute anodizing and electroplating processes for aluminum and other metals

Perform surface preparation including cleaning, degreasing, etching, and rinsing

Control and monitor bath chemistry, voltage, current, temperature, and process timing Inspect finished components for coating thickness, color uniformity, adhesion, and surface defects Maintain process documentation and quality records Follow chemical handling, safety, and environmental standards Support equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Requirements

Proven experience in anodizing and/or electroplating operations Knowledge of chemical baths, rectifiers, and surface finishing equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings and process specifications High attention to detail and quality Technical certification or relevant vocational training is an advantage
