As an Anodizing & Electroplating Technician, you will work in a manufacturing or industrial surface-finishing environment. Your primary role is to perform anodizing and electroplating processes on metal components — especially aluminum — to improve corrosion resistance, surface durability, and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out anodizing and electroplating processes according to established procedures.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, etching, and rinsing before finishing.
- Monitor and control bath chemistry, voltage, current, temperature, and timing during operations.
- Inspect finished components for coating thickness, uniform color, adhesion quality, and surface defects.
- Maintain process documentation and quality records for each batch.
- Follow all safety and environmental standards, including proper chemical handling and disposal.
- Support routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting of tanks, rectifiers, and plating lines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in anodizing, electroplating, or surface-finishing operations.
- Familiarity with chemical baths, rectifier controls, and surface finishing machinery.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and process specifications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Technical certification or vocational training in related industrial processes is a plus.

Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of anodizing and electroplating chemistry and machinery.
- Ability to work safely around hazardous chemicals and follow PPE protocols.
- Good communication in English (and/or Arabic) with the ability to understand instructions.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work as part of a production team.
