Anti Fraud Manager

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science or other relevant fields
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Claims and/or Banking processes (preferred)
  • Experience in team management is a plus
  • Fluent in English and able to work with international teams
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and professional relationships
  • Ability to build and manage a strong professional network
  • A collaborative and leadership-oriented mindset, promoting teamwork and harmony within the organization
  • Experience in process development and improvement projects, with an innovative perspective


Job Description:


  • Overseeing the responsibilities and deliverables of the Anti Fraud Unit, ensuring the quality of outputs
  • Monitoring the performance of the Anti Fraud Unit and its partner organizations
  • Conducting field investigations when necessary to clarify potential fraud cases, based on the company’s filtering criteria
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in analytical needs and coordinating with the Information Technology team
  • Optimizing the company’s fraud investigation processes and implementing innovative solutions
  • Collaborating with public institutions, industry committees, and stakeholders to combat fraud
  • Coordinating with internal departments to track and manage external fraud-related matter
  • Following up on preventive measures before and after the claims process and ensuring coordination with relevant departments
