About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and execution of our company’s anti-fraud and risk control strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping intelligent, data-driven systems that safeguard business growth while enabling innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fraud prevention, risk modeling, and strategy development within the financial or fintech sectors.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and manage the company’s overall risk control strategy aligned with product and business growth objectives.
  • Build and optimize intelligent risk prevention and control frameworks to strengthen business resilience.

Policy & Framework Development:

  • Design and implement risk prevention frameworks for new products and emerging business scenarios.
  • Formulate comprehensive risk policies, processes, and governance structures to ensure smooth business expansion.

Risk Strategy Deployment:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of risk strategies from design, testing, and implementation to ongoing validation and optimization.
  • Develop timely and adaptive strategies for fraud, credit, and transaction manipulation risks based on evolving risk landscapes.

Case Analysis & Insights:

  • Apply machine learning and statistical modeling to identify and analyze fraud patterns.
  • Reconstruct crime chains, quantify case characteristics, and leverage insights to inform strategy development.
  • Evaluate exposure to emerging risks and design proactive countermeasures.

Monitoring & Early Warning:

  • Track key risk trends, measure strategy performance, and enhance operational workflows.
  • Build robust early-warning systems to detect potential risks and improve overall risk response efficiency.

Risk Review:

  • Evaluate high-risk user submissions and optimize strategies based on quality, accuracy, and approval outcomes.
  • Continuously refine control mechanisms to reduce disruption and enhance decision accuracy.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to embed risk controls into business and product operations.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure seamless execution of risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in risk management within finance, fintech, or consulting sectors, with hands-on experience in transaction risk control, anti-fraud strategy, and model or rule engine development.


Skills & Competencies

  • Technical: Proficiency in Hive, SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Risk Management: Deep understanding of risk control systems, decision engines, and fraud detection methodologies.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning with the ability to map complex business processes and identify risk points.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and continuously curious about emerging risk trends and technologies.
