The following qualifications are required: Bachelors Degree with a concentration in special education Must hold or be eligible for a VT Agency of Education License as Special Educator, grades 9-12The following are preferred: Demonstrates knowledge of human development including implementation of a variety of delays, disorders, and disabling conditions for learning and development Knowledge of appropriate procedures and strategies for identifying the needs and supporting the learning and development of individuals with special needs.
