Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic

Location: Aurora State Airport, Oregon

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience with an A&P license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and inspection on aircraft
• Follow all FAA and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed using our computer based maintenance tracking program
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as an A&P (fewer years of experience could be considered at a lower rate)
• FAA A&P license
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• General computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a commitment to safety

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary negotiable based on experience. $35-40/hr
• Tax-deferred retirement program with a 100% match up to 3% of salary
• Profit sharing

• 2 weeks of PTO
