AP Chemistry Teacher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate AP Chemistry Tutor to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in chemistry, a commitment to helping students succeed, and familiarity with the AP Chemistry curriculum and exam format.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group instruction to high school students in AP Chemistry
• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with College Board standards
• Track student progress and communicate updates with parents and staff
• Prepare students for AP exams, labs, and key concepts
• Incorporate engaging teaching methods to make complex topics accessible

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, or a related field (required)
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with the College Board AP Chemistry curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about student learning
